Indian Teas That Help With Your Health

1. Ginger tea helps with infections and stress.

3. Chamomile helps calm your nerves, helps with muscle spasms, stomach problems and promotes sleep.
4. Basil tea is good as an aphrodisiac.

Note: Keep in mind, it does not have to be teas, it can be the substance of the teas, that you can find in supplemental form in your nutrition stores. My favorite is the Vitamin Shop. You can also buy the real thing in stores. I would suggest a local Indian store within your community or you can google to find the closest one.
