This will only give Al Qaeda and ISIS rebirth once US troops pull out. Russia will bear the burden of the situation in which it introduced this. One thing to think about is the poppy field and the Russian Mafia working hand in hand with the heroin trade and the Taliban. $$$. I do not think that the US will pull out anytime soon with the Trump Administration in charge with Bolton in the White House.
