Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world, Freedom to think, do or speak as one determines in ones own journey toward their own enlightenment. Justice of a humans right to seek justice which has violated the democratic majority rule of law. A right of humanity to have peace in ones life and the life without violence, controlling institutions, governments or person who would benefit from the weakness, gullibility or ignorance not by fought of there own. Justice not by war or conflict. but by diplomacy, reason and logic, free commerce, interconnected for all, free trade (not by blocks) but by open borders and open societies, a universal world working together as an assembly for world peace in preventing poverty and suffrage. The money we spend on war and conflict does less than what we could do to fix most of the world humanitarian needs.
Whereas disregard and contempt for human rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, and the advent of a world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common people, The problem facing us now is in many forms in the world today in which we are becoming ignorant to, to the resistance of white imperialistic thought is nationalism and fascism that has raised it's ugly vile head in the world, given birth from poverty, eroding of the middle classes and income gaps in the world where money and greed has become the object of morality towards humanitarian issues. Extremism in many forms, mainly in religious dogmatic control elements for the profit and elevation of person or old institutional laws that don't fit the worlds timeline of today, for laws and changes are a living element in worldwide societies ever changing and ever adapting. Islamic extremism, Christian fascism, nationalistic fascism, anti immigrations policies and exalting ones race and color over others to not impede their comfort zones.
Whereas it is essential, if humans are not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law Rebellion is when a minority ideological group over steps its boundaries over a majority in a democratic government or civilization. To protest over tyranny or oppression of what is happening today with extremism, nationalism, fascism, a police state, a military complex for empire or control of world domination in any form, All civilizations should be based on consumer driven markets, a democratic elected government with freedom of thought, expression, open borders, open society and multiculturalism processes.
Whereas it is essential to promote the development of friendly relations between nations, Worldwide civilizations relations should be based on exchange in many forms, economically, sociallly, diplomatically, with peace so commerce and ideas can flow without extremist, fanatical, nationalistic, isolationalistic, militaristic tendencies.
Whereas the peoples of the United World in assembly and negotiated cause for the betterment of human conditions in the world would have in the Charter reaffirmed their faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the needed human condition and in the equal rights of men and women, have determined to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom, More self determination mainly for women in the form of family planning with thought that they are the caregivers and nurturers of world humanity and not just the opposite sex planting seed and dominating over them setting old world policies that do not work in to today's world settings.
The United Nations needs an overhaul in a sense that it should not be represented in assembly as a security counsels according to monetary position, being a super power or a large contributor to the process but by representation of population and voted as such to solving problems of world economics, humanitarian conditioning and control of those rogue countries that would not abide by a majority within the world's frame work with the rule of laws.
Whereas a common understanding of these rights and freedoms is of the greatest importance for the full realization in an open world of ideas, information flow, free expression, open borders, open commerce, open society and multiculturalism of the world, for diversity and universality of humanity is essential for the future of the world. The new ways of the world are ever changing and adapting and cannot be changed by resistance of the old ways which have outlived their times but should be used as a reference in not repeating them again.
Now, Therefore the world must proclaim as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping the humanity constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and educating, to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures,globally to secure universally and effective recognition and observance, both among the all civilizations themselves and among humanity to establish this world in one universal free globalized world for all.
