Paying for Wars, Oil, Military, Islamaphobia vs Paying for Healthcare and Taking Care of Our Own
The remarkable aspect about our Foreign Affairs is the American Electorate remains mired in the collective paradigm. Case in point: The Middle East. No matter how many bungled failures the Muslim world, Americans simply cannot bring themselves to learn or study History. They've brainwashed themselves that the United States has no choice but to remain mired in ongoing Failed States, a cesspool of Debt, and more Terrorist Threats. They keep desperately hoping that maybe — just maybe — it'll work out long term. They continue to make pathetic excuses for their own arrogance, ignorance, and belligerence, then they'll scapegoat anyone and everyone that won't go along with their insidious Nationalism and indentured Patriotism.
It's very refreshing to find others who recognize and prioritize sound judgement in that there's one prudent course of action for the United States; Bring our Sons and Daughters home NOW. Jeffery Sachs’s article clearly says it all, succinctly, and directly: “US Military Should Get Out of the Middle East.” That's the only realistic, practical, and moral course of action especially after several decades of Failed States, Ravaged countries, and more Terrorism. How is it that the American Electorate continues to allow themselves to played like a fiddle by their own American Government?! How is it that they can't bring themselves to remember History and everything it has taught us?! How do they not blatantly see that no matter what the Pentagon and CIA do in the Middle East, there's nothing Democratic to come of it?!
Consider the fact that the US Pentagon and CIA, two of the principal components of the National-Security Establishment, have been involved directly in the Middle East more than half-a-Century. Everyone honest with themselves knows how those 50+ years of Foreign Affairs have resulted— Abject Failure, Death, Destruction, Taxes, Debt, and Loss of Liberty and Privacy.
Why'd any rational person think another 10-50+ years of the same failures and bunglings are going to bring about different results?!

The Programmed, the Hiders to Reality and the Logical, Reason Minded and the Independent Thinker
It is the programmed (flock) who cannot think on there own, like the ones who like fake wrestling and con artist preachers who follow the ones like Trump. Who watch reality TV because they cannot deal with their own.
Then there are the ones, most who don't vote, that drown their reality in drugs and alcohol, at bars and complain, but everyone ignores because of the drugs and alcohol.
And then there are the ones who use logic, reasoning, who are independent, free thinking, free minded thinkers who vote and go against the flock minded.
A police state becomes more rigid when the third group mentioned are closing out the press, freedom of speech, become controlling to the mass of the poor and independent thinkers to change their society when the flock want to control them and shut them up.
Incarcerating those who will not be quiet or hide from their realities.
This is how revolutions and civil wars start, sometime world overhaul such as WW2 and bring to power people such as Adolf Hitler.
In most revolutions or changes down through history, change came because of society beating down their poor or minorities. Most that over throw the governments or change them through the electorate are the poor, the young college students such as is happened in France and the UK.
When the religious start to infiltrate the government of the people, such as the orthodox church and Putin in Russia. Trump of the US, then our amendment to the constitution is broke, freedom of speech, freedom of religion or thought, freedom press becomes a false promise to its citizens.
A change is coming. Are we about to repeat 1929-1945 but in a more speedier process with nuclear weapons? Think. Comment welcome.

Religion, Free Thinking, Free Spirit and Your Life's Journey that Belongs to No One
It's amazing if you try to talk about this with any religious person in America, they will block this out and will not even consider it or investigate the facts themselves. The more you begin to investigate, what we think we understand, where we came from or what we are doing. The more you begin to see we've been lied to. What makes you think for one minute that the religious institutions are not just like in the business in making money off an ancient idea or philosophy. You must investigate and not just right off believe in something that is told you into concept of a book witnessed and written by men of the world and not Jesus himself. When you really get down to it, many become rich off of religions and so do organizations and institutions, to sell that this idea is the only idea that belongs in the world and everything else is false, mind control that brings you into their realm and the money with it. We have been mislead away from the true and divine presence of the Universe that men have called God. Why do we kill for religion, to make money? Or bring in the flocks to make it more stronger and manipulating? I don't know what God is but I know what he isn't. And unless and until you're prepared to look at the whole truth, the global universal truth through free thought, free spirit, learn all the religions because they are all based on the same similarities as the other, and most being ethnically connected.Wherever you go along life's journey and its life long learning path, you must seek through your own investigation and curiosity and adopt your own set of morals and beliefs through logic and reasoning and not what is programmed to you. You must understand that we are now entering in to a new dawn of the tree of life and the tree of knowledge, it being the life of self spiritual development and finding it through your life's journey through sufferings, people that come into our life, lessons we learn from good or bad, etc. The tree of knowledge being artificial intelligence, technologies to come, interaction with machines in coping with life when other do not share it with us, become your own answer to life through the new enhancements that come into this world and not into some fantasy world. Shy away from those who condemn you for your independence in though or logic, reason, free thinking and free spirituality whatever that may be. The world in yours.

Why We Are in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and Libya
Sadly the US has become the number one purveyor of death and destruction. Why are we still in Afghanistan? Although initially justified there is zero justification for NATO or US troops presence in 2017. Although the first Iraq war was justified there was zero justification for Iraq war number 2. Why are we still fighting there? Why Libya and why are we involved in Syria? Our penchant for military conflict has and continues to cost lives globally. Is this what we are paying taxes for?
Answers:
We are fighting to prevent launching pad like in 911 from becoming them again. Such as Afghanistan. Afghanistan has tons of natural resources, women are oppressed by the Taliban. Afghanistan has tons of natural gas, lithium and is the number one producer of opium that is being protected by the Taliban. Afghanistan harbors the Taliban which Pakistan fights like us and Pakistan is a nuclear power near by a nuclear power India.
Iraq has the highest growing population in the Middle East. They are becoming better fighters in light of fighting ISIS. It is set to become one of the major oil suppliers in the region. It is an enclave of Iranian influence and the blood we wasted there in American troops and the money wasted to free them, we should be getting something back in return.
Libya is a spring board to Europe and ISIS is still there, They have launched attacks there and Italy is very close. One of the terrorist there in the UK was an Italian citizen. Again, Libya is a big oil producer and it it neighboring Niger, one of the biggest countries with larger uranium deposits.
Syria is complicated. Gas and oil pipelines to be run through it and there is direct competition between Russia and other international pipelines. One of the biggest natural gas deposits are in the Mediterrainian Ocean off the coast of Syria. There is a brutal dictator there called Assad. One only to Hussain who has used chemical weapons on its own people. It holds the capital to ISIS, Raqqa. It holds many players in the region that could break out into a war with Russia. Kurds, ISIS, Syrian freedom fighter, Turkey, Syria, Russian and American involvement. All competing for power in the region.
Clinton had it right in the Arab Spring. She was a big advocate for freeing women from the bonds of Islamic women's oppression, but that was shot down by Obama by pulling out of this initiative and tide Clinton's hands when she was SOS. Now here we are.
You are paying taxes, so you don't become part of the intended global caliphate down the road and in preventing it. There are only two religions that want to rule the world and they proved it down through history and that was the Christian Crusades and the Islamic invasion of Europe prior to the 15th century. Need I say more or are we becoming the passificist that we were prior to WW1 and WW2 just before Japan and Germany almost took the world over. One once of prevention is work a pound of cure.
