And now John Bolton is threatening to leave the LAST REMAINING nuclear arms treaty between the United States and Russia, known as the New Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty or New START. [2] And the U.S. and Russia have 90 percent of the world’s nuclear weapons. [3]

We’ve never been closer to the dismantling of the entire global nuclear arms control regime.
